A national feature in the PDGA's own magazine. Neal Dambra came to Panama City for the Bay County Kick Off and told the club's whole story: founded months before Hurricane Michael took the county's six courses to zero, kept alive on a cleaned-up par-2 campus course, reunited by the 2019 putting pub crawl, and gut-punched again by Covid.
